The Maritime Museum in Amsterdam is a building with two ships behind it. One of the ships is an East Indies trading ship, and the other one is a herring ship. I doubt anyone would want to sail on the herring ship because the beds are so tiny!! The trading ship has a huge mast on the deck, and in the upper hold you should look at the cannons. They have all these cannons because the ship sailed at the time of the pirates. At special times you can also see a show about weights and pulleys that were used to lift spices. If you are interested, inside the museum you can also see a Queen's barge.
