The Jewish Historical Museum teaches about Jews in Holland. There is a route through the museum where you can learn about the main jobs of the Jews (mostly diamonds) and how they celebrate special occasions. I thought this museum was interesting, but maybe it is better just to look at the stuff and not read everything because there is so much text.
